TOPIC: [SSRP] Anna's Demote Appeal..

Funny thing is though, I can't think of any lead team more fitted than Anna and Akemi, everyone gets bored or Zarp sometimes and if you say you don't you're lying. Yes, they may have to fulfill their staff role but maybe a break would do them good! You can't expect everybody to do the exact same cycle day in, day out. Personal issues are also very limiting, sometimes they can't be shared and you may have to respect that but just give them the chance they deserve to turn it around.

I've explained to Morgan too if I was able to completely control the situation and I was demoted for being inactive because I didn't give a single fuck then I would've taken the demotion and have dealt with it.

I don't want to sound like a dick but I know I probably will, but if you are unable to do your duties then there is 0 point of you being that rank. They gave you many chances to improve and you continued playing other games and being inactive. It's astonishing how I haven't been demoted yet.

If there are real life issues upsetting you to the point where you don't want to play on SSRP, I am sorry, but if you are unable to do the duties then there is no reason for you to keep the rank.

If you felt like you were ready to be more active and helpful then you should've done it sooner instead of only doing something about it when the rank is gone.

If you are unable to do your duties then there is no point being set as mod or admin to "prove yourself", instead you should work from the beginning to show you are really dedicated.

Yeah sorry Gamer but you were literally more inactive than Anna and Akemi, I haven't seen you in so long.

You're repeating yourself here a bit, I am still able to do my duty and the real life issues were solved the week before.

I was doing something about it beforeI had to go inactive for the personal issues. I did improve for a week like I've stated many times before.

I would work all the way back up, only that's something which really would stop me from doing what I am perfectly able to do if they give me the chance to do it again.

Having known Anna for a year, I am sure that if you let her prove she's active again she will pull the weight because she's done an extraordinary job always.
