Yeah, I had no reason to be inactive at the time, I was inactive for no real reason and I got warnings for it.

This alone justifies the demotion. The timing may have been a bit off, but regardless this is totally unacceptable of a Staff Member at any rank, let alone a Head Administrator who is supposed to be a leader and setting an example for the rest of the team. Period.

I know this Viking but keep in mind I received the warnings for that. After which I did improve from it. by playing normally for a week, after which I was forced to go inactive again, however this time with a valid reason for 2 - 3 weeks.

I've explained to Morgan too if I was able to completely control the situation and I was demoted for being inactive because I didn't give a single fuck then I would've taken the demotion and have dealt with it.

Regardless of all this.. I'm not one to tell people how to live their lives, but it seems like you have a lot going on in your personal life which is just more important than maintaining an SSRP rank. Sometimes we just have to realize that there are more important things to move onto and step aside to allow others a chance. I'm sure there are a few Super Admins who don't have as much going on in their lives right now and are able to dedicate a lot of time, and have been looking for a shot at Head Admin and this is now an "open slot".

If you don't agree then keep fighting for your rank. Best of luck.
