Funny thing is though, I can't think of any lead team more fitted than Anna and Akemi, everyone gets bored or Zarp sometimes and if you say you don't you're lying. Yes, they may have to fulfill their staff role but maybe a break would do them good! You can't expect everybody to do the exact same cycle day in, day out. Personal issues are also very limiting, sometimes they can't be shared and you may have to respect that but just give them the chance they deserve to turn it around.
