Having known Anna for a year, I am sure that if you let her prove she's active again she will pull the weight because she's done an extraordinary job always. Yes, she's been inactive lately; and yes, she's been given multiple chances. However she was starting to get her activity back up, was a demotion necessary? I think the HAs should give Anna a shot because I'm sure she wouldn't disappoint.
