Check your facts, I'm active, I do my job. Can't say the same about Anna.

Anna/Akemi has a very good attitude and responds to Steam messages whenever available. Areas which are currently lacking within the LT, in my eyes. Sure, her activity may occasionally lack, but is a full demotion to user truly needed?

According to the people I've spoken to she's been inactive for the past ~8 weeks.

I'm not saying that I dislike Anna, not at all - I love her, quite literally. However, when someone gets 3 official warnings, plays on other servers and games and still claims that they're doing their job when there are apparently server logs that proof otherwise I simply cannot support someone appealing their demotion when it finally happens.

When it comes to SSRP, i find my self going to Para or Tyler more than ANY of the leadteam, due to them not responding. I have a very specific list of people who i will contact in the SSRP leadteam, who i know will actually get shit sorted quickly and fairly, while proving them why i actually have trust in them.

i don't know HOW many times i have complained about several members of leadteam, due to them not responding to users, because at one point, i had people messaging me because no one else would even look at or respond their pokes.
Feel free to try and "lie" or state that leadteam do respond, because i'm sure, Tyler could even state how many times, or the fact i have constantly complained about that same thing to him.

Just like when a SSRP HA lied to me, stating F1's where being done, and staff where doing their jobs, even though f1's where in there for several hours, including mines.

I lose faith in the SSRP leadteam, and find it is way to easy to even get in to the leadteam, seeing as a CM banned user, who did some very icky shit, towards zarp and members, got HA in such a short time.

The point I'm trying to make is not to say this entire thing was unfair and unjustified, I'm just asking for a chance.
Yes, it's true, I was inactive for a very long time in the past, after which I improved for a single week before I was forced to go inactive thanks to personal issues, After which I came back. Got a bit of activity (which is better than the 0 activity) and I did do my job, even though they seemingly don't think I did. I did still improve from 0 activity, yet I still managed to get demoted.
And yes, I get why. I see the issues, my activity was lacking. But I'm trying proof this week that I am able to keep decent-high activity and hope they'll give me another chance.

Ok I gotta be honest, I agree that Anna's demotion was fair, but you LT members are acting fucking harsh. Probably because y'all got perfect fucking lives and don't know what it's like to live through this kind of stress. Maybe some of you do, but some who just act like assholes don't. I've been through times like this and I understand how Anna feels. Her demotion was fair but atleast don't be harsh... She can appeal if she wants, stop acting like "oh i can't even believe u applied i'm so shock rn #kmsthistuesdaylive and some shit... If you have such a harsh opinion about this say it in the meeting.

Btw Anna, don't force yourself for the rank, I know you just want to help out and you do a fantastic job infact you're one of the only good fucking lead team members in my opinion, but If you find the gamemode boring it's not worth forcing yourself to constantly go on there. Instead, just report people and keep in touch with the non-dickhead staff and contact them so they can fix the situation.

P.S: Message me on steam if you need someone to talk to about your issues because even if it's passed its still something that will live inside of you, I know this from experience, I'm probably the person that could help you the best right now because this type of shit has happend to me a lot..

She has been given many chances, yes, but this was during a time in which it would have been stupidly difficult for her to be as active as you lot want from her. What she is asking for here is a fair chance. A chance for her to show that this is not going to be a problem anymore, and so that she can show you that, when she isn't having these personal issues, she can be more active.

You don't believe three official warnings counts as "a fair chance"? Most people don't even get more than one before they're demoted.

Captain, I never stated I was never given a chance.
I've never said anything such as this. I was inactive in the past, and I have been inactive after that due to the personal issues,
which I've stated... erm 1000 times?
I'm not doing this because I find my demotion unfair Said this also 1000x]
I know exactly why I got demoted, but the inactivity thanks to personal issues is nothing I could help, and if it was going to last a week longer I'd have resigned, as I said to Para.

I made this appeal because I want to Proof this week that I can be active and since Inactivity is the only issue I've ever had in the Lead Team that I would be able to pick my role back up and keep doing the work I did once love to do, and work I'd gladly keep doing until the day I resign.

So much drama.

After reading most of this, why don't you get up your activity and proof you really want to have that rank again and get permission from the leadteam to apply straight to let's say Super Admin? And from that point you can work your way back to HA.

From what I've seen, they've given you multiple chances, even though It might've not been fair for you during that time because of those personal issues, they did gave you alot of time, more than anyone else got as far I remember.

Why don't you guys get on Teamspeak and talk about a solution; first part of this might be a example of how you could deal with the situation.
