TOPIC: [SSRP] Anna's Demote Appeal..

Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your demotion?
I would like to inform the lead team of the things I did do during last week, as suggested by Tyler
★ I did remove warnings during the week.
★ I did remove warnings during my inactivity week.
★ I did answer questions from users over the forums, in game and TeamSpeak.
★ I DID deal with reports on the forums, either during my inactivity week or the week, this stuff should've been solved.
★ I did deal with an issue together with Coutinroy where a community manager gave a demoted admin the admin rank instead of the moderator rank they should've gotten after making a joke. We did put his rank back to moderator which it should've been.
★ If I instead was demoted to Admin or Moderator I'd still have done some F1's which at the moment I still can't even do. I'll instead try to report rule breakers, answer questions from users and help admins in their F1's.

To make stuff easier to check, I'll play with just Akemi's account for this week.

I have read this in advance as you allowed me to proof read it,
I think they should give you at the very least 1 week to show the improvement that you can give and decide afterwards, if they still think its not enough then at the very least you should be given the admin rank instead of user as you did do your job and like helping out as a staff member.

I believe that at the very most, it should have only been a demotion to Admin or Super Admin, in order to make you start to realise that it was becoming an issue, and, if it were to Admin, then they would be able to see that you are still doing a lot through doing F1s.

At the end of the day, you were given multiple official warnings, countless weeks to work with the issues and hopefully come out on top of them with improved activity and getting back to helping out the servers - but we saw little to nothing from you at the end of the day. You were a great staff member Akemi, but during these past 10 weeks it's felt you've only drifted away from the team, lost interest playing other steam games, and at the end of the day we had to take action. But she was the only staff member you could reach out to to get on the server. Every time i messaged other leadteam i was just straight ignored even after several times.

You can hardly call someone "selfish" for appealing a demotion. It is perfectly fair for her to appeal the demotion if she believes it to be invalid, and it is more than fair for her to state her own opinions on it (and for you to state your opinions too of course). She is appealing the demotion because she wants just this one last chance to show that she can improve and do something to help.
Some of the points you have raised do seem to be a little bit like they are nitpicking in certain areas.
She has stated that she was starting to improve when she was demoted, I don't know what goes on all the time within the Lead Team, but if she had been starting to improve and do what is expected of her again, then you could at least try to see it from her perspective that, even in a tough situation in her life, she was trying to do something and do her job still as a Head Admin, which does show a lot more dedication on her part.

All in all, I feel you are focusing on the negatives too much, and the one being unfair here is you. Akemi & Anna have done a lot for the server in what I have seen, and for her to have even been trying to keep on top of things with what was going on shows a lot of dedication, even if there is less turnout in terms of the work done.

Many times during her period of inactivity I attempted to contact Lead Team members multiple times about various issues on the server. You replied once (although I tend to contact you less than others, due to timezones), Tyler replied once. Whenever I have messaged Akemi / Anna about something, I have always received a response.

I did have many moments of where i sent Anna stuff for forums and nothing got done, however she atleast did not lie to me involving ssrp, like i recently had with a SSRP HA.

And as of a state of Doing their job, idk if anna was or not, however what i can say, is so far everytime i played on S2, when leadteam was on, NO staff member done their job, with my own F1 being in the mix for upto 3 hours, while the staff online only dealt with something WHEN it effected them selfs.

Also i would not say making an APPEAL on something they believe is wrong, or something that could have been different, Selfish.
