I second this, I'm on so much but yet only a few people contact me about things and I respond very quickly. People should really be adding all of us and trying to contact everyone before grouping everyone together in this group they've made up of "Inactive LT".

On topic though I do believe the demote was justified, if you "kinda" still like the server that doesn't show to me that you're going to have the dedication you once did which made you a fantastic staff member like before, it just says to me you're appealing just to appeal.

So you expect us to try and communicate with all of you, and to not group to specific people, when tbh why would we attempt to make an effort to contact someone who has never got that situation done in the past.

When it comes to SSRP, i find my self going to Para or Tyler more than ANY of the leadteam, due to them not responding. I have a very specific list of people who i will contact in the SSRP leadteam, who i know will actually get shit sorted quickly and fairly, while proving them why i actually have trust in them.

i don't know HOW many times i have complained about several members of leadteam, due to them not responding to users, because at one point, i had people messaging me because no one else would even look at or respond their pokes.
Feel free to try and "lie" or state that leadteam do respond, because i'm sure, Tyler could even state how many times, or the fact i have constantly complained about that same thing to him.

Just like when a SSRP HA lied to me, stating F1's where being done, and staff where doing their jobs, even though f1's where in there for several hours, including mines.

I lose faith in the SSRP leadteam, and find it is way to easy to even get in to the leadteam, seeing as a CM banned user, who did some very icky shit, towards zarp and members, got HA in such a short time.

Chummy and Sora are always really easy to contact.

You clearly have not been listening to her at all. She has stated many times that she was playing other games as they are nowhere near as stressful as staffing.

Put yourself in someone else's position for once and think about how she would feel. Staffing when you are going through issues is a fucking nightmare for most people, and she has said that playing other games was less stress on her and allowed her to maintain her calm. If she had been on as much as you want her to, she would have been a fucking mess, and made many mistakes. If you want to put someone in a stressful situation through more stress, that is a bloody stupid thing to do, and I think this is what you lot aren't realising. When she is under this stress it is harder to do things, doing anything at all and trying to get back to it as soon as possible is showing a lot of dedication in itself

Stop with the constant criticisms and actually support people when support is needed.

If you never point out or see the good in someone, it makes them feel more worthless, and they don't know which parts of what they are doing are good. You need the correct balance.

Some people have never seen or had criticism in their life, everything is so childlike these days. I do see the good in people, but if you've been inactive constantly, rarely do your job, etc. What are you contributing other than excuses?

After reading most of this, why don't you get up your activity and proof you really want to have that rank again and get permission from the leadteam to apply straight to let's say Super Admin? And from that point you can work your way back to HA.

I am getting my activity up this week, the reason why I made this appeal is to see if people are willing to give me another shot if I proof my activity can stay at an acceptable point.

From what I've seen, they've given you multiple chances, even though It might've not been fair for you during that time because of those personal issues, they did give you a lot of time, more than anyone else got as far I remember.

Yeah, it's not really that big of a deal, I've been inactive, then came back for a week, had to leave again thanks to the personal issue that arose right after that. I have seen it coming only I hoped that people would've been able to see it from my perspective. "Which in one way they did do thanks to all the chances." Yes, you can say that. But you can see it from this side too, where I got chances, then I was forced to be inactive, after which I came back, had a bit of activity (still better than 0) and was demoted.

Why don't you guys get on Teamspeak and talk about a solution; first part of this might be an example of how you could deal with the situation.

I would love to be able to talk it out over Teamspeak, but I'm rather sure that none of our HA's are willing to do even such a thing.

Some people have never seen or had criticism in their life, everything is so childlike these days.

There's a difference between giving criticism and only seeing the negatives in someone who otherwise had a real great amount of postiives.
