I don't get this, I have personally seen even Chute running around the teampseak with a soundboard spamming things, even with the entire channel protesting. It seems kind of hypocritical if you ask me, but maybe I don't know the whole story.

It's a shame Coutinroy had to be the first to go down for this, but I for one am extremely happy to be seeing something finally being done about soundboards. They cause people to go off topic in the meeting, delaying them significantly and are extremely aggravating to people who just want to have the meetings go smoothly.

I will say, if Coutinroy is getting demoted for this I can name a few people who should also be getting at least an official.

Just because it's not against tou means you can do whatever you want outside it, if someone gets offended it usually is a valid reason to respect that. Rules/TOU is made to prevent this from happen but it cannot completely neglect it.

As annoying as soundboards can be from my knowledge Roy has not been given an official warning for this and I thought the whole point of the ethos and its guidelines is to give people a chance, I know he was spoken to and continued it but that should call for an official warning and not a straight up demote.

The difference between most people using a soundboard other than Roy is that (as far as I am aware) everyone else has stopped when asked to / spoken to by a HA

EDIT: Funny thing is, no one stopped fully. The HAs are using soundboards as well, not as often but still are.

This just shows how there was a mistake given that the majority believes I have an official warning when I don't, haha.

You admit that you broke the terms and conditions of the teamspeak and yet you word this as a dispute.

You had more than enough chances and countinued as if we were joking and the TOU wasn't a thing. It went way past the line therefore resulting in you being demoted. I think it was fair and needed and it should stay!
