As annoying as soundboards can be from my knowledge Roy has not been given an official warning for this and I thought the whole point of the ethos and its guidelines is to give people a chance, I know he was spoken to and continued it but that should call for an official warning and not a straight up demote.

He was already given one official warning

Was never officially warned for using a soundboard, unless someone failed to deliver the message.
