The whole disrespect thing everyone does it in spacers. You cannot tell if they are joking or not in the matter.

I for one know that everyone has been racist on Teamspeak at one time in the Teamspeak. I do not think anyone hasn't. Captain for one I know you have.
The fact is maybe he always thought you were messing around with him because you aren't always clear if you are joking or not in the situation.
Onion always complains when he joins back the channel he was in maybe if you want to get the message across stop joking about everything to everyone.

I understand that but did Roy. He gets joked around with more times than being serious in these cases maybe he just didn't pick up that it was being serious again. You guys need to learn that joking around with a person then going all serious doesn't work for everyone. Some people will still think you are joking.....

Maybe next time don't joke about it first?

i am trying to stay out of this as much as i can as i was just the host and did not really share my opinion on the entire matter. But roy you knew damn well who it offended. You took it all the way into SSRP after the whole ts fiasco you started to call your self those names in ssrp as well . and even there you were told to stop and you ended up loop holing your way around calling your self batman wayne.

I am sorry but that was just extremely lame imo

If you get told to stop doing something by a higher up, by all means, you must stop. They should not have to reason, only you should follow what they say regardless if you like it or not.
A demotion was not needed at all, at most an official warning should've been placed because from last time, Coutinroy has improved a lot from when he was last given his official warning by me and Anon Gaming at the time and this whole "Wayne" situation is just silly, I'm sure it won't happen again as Coutinroy now knows it is wrong to do and that he should really learn to listen to people above him otherwise this is where he'll end up being again.

I knew who it resembled, I did not know the person took offense to it until later on. I changed my name in-game along with TeamSpeak, it did not occur after the TeamSpeak 'fiasco'. After I was told to change my name in the admin arena by Captain, I proceeded to change my name to "Big B Wayne Harper" and a minute after to "Big Bruce Harper".
