I was told to change my name several times and I refused because it is not against the TOU
Just because it's not against tou means you can do whatever you want outside it, if someone gets offended it usually is a valid reason to respect that. Rules/TOU is made to prevent this from happen but it cannot completely neglect it.
The person that took offense to it was not there. Besides, I did not know he was offended by it until I was told later on; I was only told to change my name.
