What I meant is that this is what I would probably think if I didn't know you at all, (Basically new people in the community or people who just don't really know you) meaning that regardless of the demotion being valid or not this can change other peoples view on you.
Thats the reason why I'd like for someone with authority to clean up this situation so that it doesn't affect you in any way shape or form.
And I even topped it off by saying:

You've been a huge help to me before on SSRP, both with a f1 or 2 and even went out of your way to contact me over whatsapp and offered me help with a trade I were trying to do.

if it's about the abusing powers thing, i have never seen roy abuse his powers on any server since he got super admin.
oh and lets say he did abuse once or twice, he for sure doesn't deserve a demotion because i've seen mods, admins, fuck, super admins & head admins abuse the fuck out of their powers and didnt get demoted.

Now it was said the real reason is for misuse of powers, which I am very sure did not happen ever since my official warning in March. I am waiting an explanation.

As I believe I was the instigator of this I should probably give my opinion. Coutinroy recently has been directly disregarding what I have told him to do. A prime example is when he had an extremely offensive name on the teamspeak. I asked him to change it multiple times but yet directly ignored me. Also joined channels without permission and played music constantly when asked to stop. He completely ignored the instructions from a TS HA and a community manager. I'm unsure as to weather a full demotion is warranted, however some form of punishment was needed.

This thread typifies what's wrong with the ZARP system. If you want anyone to respect your staff team you need to sort out it's issues in private. Stuff like this should not be done in a public section on a public forum.

"Played music constantly" - Yes I played Lebanese music constantly due to you being very racist on multiple occasions calling it "Terrorist music" whenever there was Lebanese music in my background. Kept on playing it due to you constantly calling it terrorist music.
Never ignored instructions, decided not to follow them as there was no reason for me to. Maybe consider explaining why someone should do something instead of telling them to do it only.
As for Para and Tyler, I always do as they say because they explain why it should be done. I am sure you're on about the name situation though, when Tyler just joined and banned me off the TeamSpeak, and you went raging and calling me things because my name on the server was something you did not want me to have.
