You deserved to be demoted without a shadow of a doubt;

Multiple Official Warnings.
Continued inactivity for many weeks. (8+)
Lack of input in meetings, with minimal attendance.
Constantly playing other games.
Didn't improve when given the opportunity.

Overall we can see that this demotion wasn't sudden or out of the blue, you were given plenty of warning and time to improve. I really can't believe that you have appealed this, you can't say you weren't seeing this, it shocks me that you think you deserve another chance. After many official warnings you don't deserve to be given another chance. Staff should see you as a role model, not an inactive staff member who only plays on other games.

To all the people saying LT never responded, did you attempt to add all of us? I don't believe any of the people here that have had issues with that have added me and given me a chance to help. It was still little to no work on your part, the head admin roll unfortunately isn't that easily comparable to a staircase like you're trying to make it seem with the whole "Taking 1 step at a time to improve". After the multiple official warnings, weeks of inactivity proceeding each one, this definitely was not an instant demotion. Your activity was low, the work you put in reflected it, what would the point of demoting you to Moderator or Administrator be if this sort of behavior had been continuous?

over a week it's possible you can skip stuff. Besides that I didn't just do it In-game, I've had a long talk with a user a few days ago explaining how stuff worked and such, I do stuff over Teamspeak and as far as I know, you guys wouldn't have checked for that (if it's even possible)

Once again, the official warnings were given before I was Forced to go inactive thanks to the personal issues, what happened beforehand is indeed my fault which once again I did admit to in the story. which once again you would know if you read it all. I did, in fact, show improvement that week before I had to go inactive again.

Even if I was hanging on a thread, why would I write and bother to make an appeal this detailed? Something I wouldn't do if I really lost interest.

Multiple Official Warnings, which happened before my forced inactivity from the personal problem.
Continued inactivity for many weeks. (8+) Once again I was FORCED to go inactive AGAIN because of the personal issues.
Lack of input in meetings, with minimal attendance. Check ur facts, I've been to EVERY SINGLE meeting except for those which were held during the weeks I was inactive.
Constantly playing other games. I was playing other games as I was inactive I explained this aswell, you guys really need to read this shit fully.
Didn't improve when given the opportunity. This is a straight up lie. I did improve after my inactivity, I had a week of perfectly normal activity before I was FORCED to go inactive. Which means I DID improve. And once again, I did improve last week, as I had more than 0 activity didn't I?

Again, did anyone ever add me? Any of you? I play pretty weird times for a NA player and can be pretty available. People can't claim we're inaccessible if they can't be bothered to attempt to contact us.

When you apply for staff you're basically making a promise to both the community as well as the rest of the staff team that you're there to do your job and put in at least some amount of effort. Now it's not my place to judge whether she did or not, but two others that do have that place say that she didn't put in the effort. I'll trust their judgements rather than my own.

I second this, I'm on so much but yet only a few people contact me about things and I respond very quickly. People should really be adding all of us and trying to contact everyone before grouping everyone together in this group they've made up of "Inactive LT".

On topic though I do believe the demote was justified, if you "kinda" still like the server that doesn't show to me that you're going to have the dedication you once did which made you a fantastic staff member like before, it just says to me you're appealing just to appeal.

you have currently an ex-CM banned member on the lead team, this member has also done illegal things against the community which could have even caused him to land in jail for these things, i cannot state these reasons as these are not for public disclosure, yet you refuse to give someone who was returning after inactivity and then forced inactive again due to personal problems another chance, i don't know what's worse, having that member back on the staff team or this demotion

The chances were given before I was forced to go inactive, and it would be the first personal issue that forced me to go inactive since I joined the community years ago.

Anna/Akemi has a very good attitude and responds to Steam messages whenever available. Areas which are currently lacking within the LT, in my eyes. Sure, her activity may occasionally lack, but is a full demotion to user truly needed?

Akemi, I stand by when I did you were a G and one of the best staff members currently, and I'm sure if you came back you would continue to do a brilliant job. HOWEVER, if there's one thing I can't support it's being unable to accept something even when it's a fair decision. You knew full well you were going to be demoted and regardless of the fact you are one of the best, the rules still apply to you and this is the only time I agree with Morgan's opinion on you. I do want to see you as staff again but the demotion was more than fair and if anything extremely lenient. So although I am not supporting this appeal I will fully support any staff app you make in the future or any kind of return to the staff team and you are still a great staff member in my eyes (and a real G).
