All of the -minussp seem to be because he isn't confident yet 2/5 of the people who -minussped aren't even staff. How are they supposed to have an insight into his confidence? I personally believe that they are just saying minussp because thats the conclusion the people who have an insight have come to, and personally I believe that people should only minusp if they have seen something they don't like themselves otherwise it just becomes an echo chamber. Ofc I am not everyone but it would just be nice if people put more thought into what they are commenting.

I have been on and other staff have been on they said numberous (5/6) reports that where there and then completed by the time they died 30 seconds later but seen no punishments i also been on when ur dead and people are being racist and disrespectful and ur not doing anything. I told you how to punish someone after getting muted 10 mins for racism, you then kicked him (without a reason) and when he come back on you only gave him a 5 minute warn when he chat spammed the n word. Plus i seen you time farm a lot as well.

I think you need to be retrained at least if not demoted.

I was defending An because its a problem that I see with most of the applications on the forum where people I don't even know give minussp because they have seen other peoples opinion of me.
