1-i was a bit nervous when dealing with certain reports

2-i gave them time and distracted myself

3-because of the reports I was already very nervous when dealing with the gag(and told to ha to remove it)

4-i some times need to go afk for a few minutes

5-"I think you need to be retrained at least if not demoted.", retrained? maybe, demoted? there is 0 reasons for it that I can find

First off all when you"went away for a few minutes" you was gone for an hr or 2 and i asked other staff and not only 1 time i seen you do this plus this was only 2 days ago and so before you get accepted you need LOADS more expirence and you gave them way too much time, you obviously don't understand the rules fully or know how to do reports or punish properly so your nowhere near ready for admin and you need to be retrained so you are made to understand more clear. I tried to deal with it privately but obviously seeing as nothing got done about it I have put this here.
