PZGrens Some staff have right to talk about the reports due we get dragged into easy reports that can be handled but still needs help handing it because he is to afraid to handle them alone.

Myself does not think an should be admin for a while till he has improved insecurity with reports and punishments

I'll explain,it's my fear of some people disliking me,and getting a demote appeal for a warn,i'll try to be less fearful from now on
