Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

If Player1 has 6 active/recent punishments WARN him/her that the 7th punishment will incur a ban,if the player gets a 7th recent you ban that player.

Player 1 killed 3 or more people (MassRDM) and left or had too much active punishments.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would first contact the staff member that warned the player to get context on what happened so that
i can decide better,i see in the forum appeal what the community thinks of it and if everything goes well:

"perpetrators" (sometimes even apologizing to them because i'm that sorry).

I have a mildly good activity and i am friends with staff and players alike.

I help new staff,old staff and players when they need it.

Personality I feel you need a lot more time and experience as mod. when I see you on the server i do see you doubt yourself a lot when handling reports and when punishing people, I also seen you struggle a lot when opening report chat and your knowledge of rules isn't the best.

I have seen you for a quite a while now on TTT and have to say a couple of things.

You have been second-guessing yourself a lot when issuing a punishment which holds you back.
You had a few incidents here and there which kinda concerns me.

Please give it some more time because you will definitely need it.

But on the bright side, you have maintained a friendly attitude most of the time and had fun playing with you.

Just don't give up and keep up 1-2 weeks of professional staffing and you will have my vote at the meeting.
