All of the -minussp seem to be because he isn't confident yet 2/5 of the people who -minussped aren't even staff. How are they supposed to have an insight into his confidence? I personally believe that they are just saying minussp because thats the conclusion the people who have an insight have come to, and personally I believe that people should only minusp if they have seen something they don't like themselves otherwise it just becomes an echo chamber. Ofc I am not everyone but it would just be nice if people put more thought into what they are commenting.
