1-i was a bit nervous when dealing with certain reports

2-i gave them time and distracted myself

3-because of the reports I was already very nervous when dealing with the gag(and told to ha to remove it)

4-i some times need to go afk for a few minutes

5-"I think you need to be retrained at least if not demoted.", retrained? maybe, demoted? there is 0 reasons for it that I can find
