Story/Situation -
Allright so, i was in a private spacer with my friend after surf meeting, and we were just messing around. We were both playing some games and talked casually, then we started joking around. I may have said something very, very bad about a sertain person (which i would never do to someone) - And it was recorded, and then people heard it, and i got reported for saying the n word. At first i forgot all about it since it happend a few weeks back, and i didnt know that it acually would come out public, i only said it to one person who may find some crazy stuff funny. And thats the reason why i said the n word to him (in private, with only him in the channel). Im no racist, and i would never say that word to anyone, online or in real life. I have friends who come from all around the world. It's just insane to think about me being racist, because im not. It came out totally in a wrong way, but that does not change the fact that i DID say it..

Extra Information -
I tried apologising to the person quite a few times, through text/voice. But i can not describe how truly sorry i am for saying some words i regret saying (even though it only happend once, to my friend. Like, ever!). I would give anything to take it all back, and i still think about what i said, every single day. And it just eats me up. Again, i am so sorry for saying the stuff i said. I regret it, and i didnt really think it would end up this way, i dont want you or anyone to feel bad about anything. And i really did f#ck up this time.. If you want, im free whenever you need me, so we can talk this through. Ill try to make it up for you, i just dont want you to feel bad in any way because i said some stuff. Again, i am truly sorry for what i said, and i regret it SO much..

SyStem, with all the love and the respect for you as a person I think that you should understand as a mature man that the punishment was fully deserved. At start, I did support to let you off with an official warning as we all deserve another chance but after a discussion with the whole staff team I came to conclusion that from me it should be a full demotion.
What you've said is not acceptable in most countries and could get you in some serious trouble as the guy can legit feel threatened as I think the individual in this case felt.
If I were to know that a grown man spoke like that behind my back and wish that I die in hell, I'd probably just straight up leave the community and therefore I actually belive an apologies should be made.
SyStem, no one hates you here and you should understand that but some of the actions that you take are poor and honestly make people to have a dislike towards you as a racist and careless person.

The whole situation seem questionable for a mature guy who is your age. Hopefully people forget about what happend in a couple of weeks for your reputations' sake.
I'm sorry but you should understand why the decision to fully demote you has been made.
Next time just make sure to actually apologize to the individual straight after such thing happens and not when the whole community already knows about it.

My own opinion is that you should just go for TS staff in a couple of months.
