Why would you even make this, just to get staff to do f1's your basically paying them.
Yeah, come on guys, WHAT A STUPID IDEA? PAYING EMPLOYEES? NO ONE DOES THAT!
I mean, I LOVE The fact that F1's take 30 minutes to get a response, I think it's better that way!
Guys. Come on. I see nothing wrong with this. To fix the issue of "COMPETITIVE" staff, just add the rule "No stealing F1's" or whatever, problem solved done deal.
For the fear of F1's being rushed - This would filter good staff from bad staff. If someone rushes, they get the risk of :
1. Being demoted/Punished for incorrectly handling F1's.
2. Disqualified from the competition.
For the fear of F1's being farmed -
Again, if staff get corrupt and help each other by making F1's by each other to up their count or anything in those lines, he shouldn't be staff. End of story.
Staff, already, give up their time that they can use to PLAY the game, just to keep the server clean for OTHERS. Incentive and motivation for them to keep doing that is FAR from a bad idea.
Spoderman is doing an incredible thing with this and in my opinion, is a very good work around for that problem for someone in his position.
Staff should be rewarded for doing a good job. Shit like "Employee of the month" and whatnot in smaller companies, or even larger ones, motivate staff to work harder. Competition in itself isn't a bad thing, as it ups the standards.
To fix this more, you can also look at the QUALITY of F1's responses, as well as the count.
IMO, Staff should be rewarded more. They give up their time for them to keep the server clean. I've said this many times before, but staff get shit for doing their job, giving up their time and whatnot.
