Here im going to prove you otherwise,

There's 0 competition. And if there is, only Latram and mexi is participating. These guys are doing an imense job as staffing, having over 50+ f1's and still doing their job correctly. I went afk for 20 minutes after doing loads of f1's and come back to this:

Having a little 'competition' which is intented to motivate staff members to do them more is not wrong. And at the moment the f1 count is piling up to 7. I notice that staff members still have the same opinion and setting about the f1 system. And my objective has merely succeeded. 'It just takes too much time' I highly doubt that any staff member will actually rush the f1's or even going remotely close to handle them inproperly.

What spoder is doing is wrong imo. It is basically going’s to be a competition on who gets the best f1s and that is not what we want on the team. We work as a team for a reason we don’t just rush through f1s to say “I have a higher f1 count than you”. Personally I have been thinking of many ways to get staff to actually help out but a lot of times it doesn’t even work.

Ever since the minimum f1 count it has actually gotten worse as staff see it as if I get 20 f1’s I will be grand and that’s the issue. Most staff stop when they get to 20 and there’s nothing we can do about it as it’s the minimum. Imo it should be atleast 40 f1’s a week or else there’s really no point it actually having it.

I do see that lots of users complain about staff and f1s but there’s nothing we can actually do. It’s been here for years and there’s no way to change it. However I will try my best to think of something but I don’t know if it will work.
