Promote quickness and efficiency for this and it isn't hard to spot f1 farming and the ones who fuck up f1s by trying to rush them shouldn't be on the team to begin with so you can spot the bad staff members as well. Also, people who fight for an F1 or cause "arguments" over it are too immature to handle their position.

This is a bad idea as it will just cause ruckus, people competing to get F1s done quick enough, people scrambling to handle that one stray "Stuck" F1. People will rush, argue, compare F1s and treat it like a race or a competition. You've gotta be blind not to understand that a bunch of 13 year Olds aren't gonna compete for 100 million pixels.

To the people complaining this will only lead to rushed F1s or people fighting over them, think about why this was made. Spoder has made it clear he notices people refusing to do f1s as is or passing them off. Sure, people should not have to be incentivized to do a job they volunteered for, but this is a not a perfect world. At least with this, the problem staff might have an extra reason to offer help. If these staff do rush the f1s and show their faults, I imagine they'll be reported and dealt with soon enough.

Guys, I wouldn't have co-sponsored this giveaway if I wouldn't believe in the gesture of appreciation to staffing this is supposed to be.

I think that staff is supposed to do high-quality F1's and whoever does F1's for the sake of reaching the limit and getting money will not succeed in his staff career anyways. This is supposed to award the staff member who will even invest his last minute on Zarp to help others. I want to say thank you, thank you for helping the other players, for making the server a more enjoyable experience. And in all honesty, you don't get anything for staffing, except for my respect and the respect of many other appreciating players. This is a gesture to promote making more F1's again, see it as what it is.
