Can you read what I said correctly, Wizard did not rdm you but his warn request got accepted, if they're going to warn Wizard for rdm that would be false cause he can validly kos you outside your cell.
But if the staff want to treat this as Wizard broke a rule then no refund would be eligible for rule breaks.
This might as well get locked because of the warn request you made on him and that it has been accepted and warned for rdm it is being treated as a rule break

Why couldnt he? He could walk in the cell and kill you. Thats what RDM is and he got punished for it. Same thing could happen in the cell.

I could have bank my hyper till he gets there. I'm not thinking fast enough. And btw be careful when you choose an admin next time.

I'm going to have to say Heres why: Although he ripped it because of RDM this whole RDM situation could have been avoided if it werent for the fact that there is currently a bug on s3 with the spawn locations, and this includes being put at spawn when arrested rather than the cells.
