Heres why:
Although he ripped it because of RDM this whole RDM situation could have been avoided if it werent for the fact that there is currently a bug on s3 with the spawn locations, and this includes being put at spawn when arrested rather than the cells. So he lost a suit TO A BUG aswell as the RDM.
