Can you read what I said correctly, Wizard did not rdm you but his warn request got accepted, if they're going to warn Wizard for rdm that would be false cause he can validly kos you outside your cell.
But if the staff want to treat this as Wizard broke a rule then no refund would be eligible for rule breaks.
This might as well get locked because of the warn request you made on him and that it has been accepted and warned for rdm it is being treated as a rule break
