There is nothing about to do with wizard. The refund request is about the "Not Working Cells" and thats a server issue.

He rdmed you and got warned therefore its classed as a rulebreak and tyere are no refunds for rulebreaks. It has nothing to do with tue cells.

Well, if the cells was not broken it would have put me into a cell and he couldn't RDM me.

Why couldnt he? He could walk in the cell and kill you. Thats what RDM is and he got punished for it. Same thing could happen in the cell.

I could have bank my hyper till he gets there. I'm not thinking fast enough. And btw be careful when you choose an admin next time.
