Simple explanation: Couple days ago, he had a loot printer. When the update hit, he lost the loot printer, and didn't get a restore option. He's wondering if he can get it refunded. He has no proof, and I personally can't remember his in-game name, tbh. I told him to make a report, he made it, but he probably misread a couple of things. Anyway, best o' luck. He came to me too. Apparently, someone told him to contact an HA which wouldn't lead him anywhere. That being said, there's not much he can do for this Refund Request to go any further either. Unless, of course, the CM logs somehow indicate something weird did happen. Which I professionally will have to press X to doubt.

That being said, I hope this does get resolved! Otherwise, I'll happily refund the Loot O' Matic from my own inventory!

Nah. I took his F1, originally. I was going to refund him, but I figured it might be worth it to try and approach one of the COs about this shit. I assume he took CO to mean head admin. He's been asking for like two days now. He came on earlier this evening for the same thing.

I think they probably got their own shit to handle just now, tbh. This would be low priority, especially without evidence.
But hey, can't hurt to try.

This definitely can wait, and I honestly might just give him a Loot O' Matic if I end up seeing him again to avoid the hassle for the CM team.
