Nah. I took his F1, originally. I was going to refund him, but I figured it might be worth it to try and approach one of the COs about this shit. I assume he took CO to mean head admin. He's been asking for like two days now. He came on earlier this evening for the same thing.

I think they probably got their own shit to handle just now, tbh. This would be low priority, especially without evidence.
