Couple days ago, he had a loot printer. When the update hit, he lost the loot printer, and didn't get a restore option. He's wondering if he can get it refunded. He came to me too. Apparently, someone told him to contact an HA which wouldn't lead him anywhere. That being said, there's not much he can do for this Refund Request to go any further either. Unless, of course, the CM logs somehow indicate something weird did happen. Which I professionally will have to press X to doubt.
That being said, I hope this does get resolved! Otherwise, I'll happily refund the Loot O' Matic from my own inventory!
