Suggestion Title: get rid of the leech rule

How would it benefit the server: The rules horrible and quite hard to staff, I feel there is a lack of freedom because of this rule you now require to actively play reducing the amount of freedom because you can no longer go afk for even like... a minute to get something or something like that, Just remove ty bye

Potential Issues/Exploits: People will be sad again (not me :3)

Box, this pretty much means that you cant actually play the concept of Deathrun. you refuse to play becasue of this rule so you sit in spectator mode and do nothing. just play the game. the leech rule is a good rule meaning players wont sit at the start and wait for people to finish. Well, I mean, The rule its self isn't such a bad idea but my point is it's stupid to have because there's so many different things that can look like leeching but aren't, and honestly personally I wont give more than a verbal for it UNLESS it's obvious what they're doing

tbh i have never seen a problem in dealing with leeching. it's not that hard to enforce it in my opinion. leeching is there so people will be forced to play and not sit around and gain xp and points because someone else finished the map. i'm actually really happy that we have the rule back.
