How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I've been admin for a month now and in this period of time I have taken a pretty high amount of F1s in my opinion, especially this week I've also become more experienced at handling certain situations and more experienced with the commands and getting used to them, I feel as if I have enough experience to become a Super Admin now, I'm on all hours of the day almost everyday, so I will be on if anything horrendous happens to stop it/try my best to prevent it. I've been in the ZARP communtiy for four years or so now as well so I can say that I have experience with players and know some peoples intentions in the community so I can judge someones character based on their actions most of the time.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
I think I'm a good candidate for Super Admin due to the fact I devote most of my free time to ZARP, and handling F1s as well as helping new players, and adding new stuff/giving my ideas to the community for new server suggestions so on, I am actively handling F1s like I said before and I'm also trying my best to help new players get items so that they will play for longer, I'm also on Teamspeak alot of the time interacting with other staff members within the ZARP community, I encourage banned players to appeal there bans as much as possible on SSRP as well as CM banned players, I've even offered banned players advice on how to go about getting unbanned so that the server and community will be more active and will have more of a player base. I'm also an exceptionally good bhopper in my opinion.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
A few weeks ago there was someone spinbotting on the server and I had to record them spinbotting and send it to the Lead Team as there was no staff or LT active at the time, so I recorded as I said, uploaded it to medal and sent it to Xnator I believe and he was later banned or given his first cheating punishment in the LT meeting that week.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would carefully read in detail the entire report abuse post, and then I would proceed to get an LT members attention to have a conversation with them and get there opinion on the matter/report abuse, if they made a valid point, it may or may not affect my opinion on the possible outcome of the report abuse, I would then proceed to contact the staff member who the report abuse is on, and discuss the situation with him if needed, I would also approach the player who reported the staff member and ask him for any further evidence, if needed also discuss the matter with him from there I would clear up any matters that might affect the outcome, then I would finish the outcome on the forums and ask for it to be put into the correct section on the forums.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would approach said staff member to inform them possibly further inform if someone else has already reached out about it and then I would tell them what they should have done to prevent this from happening again/in future, If the user had appealed their ban for reduction and or removal I would proceed to contact said user to give light on my take of the situation and what I think about the situation, after forming an outcome I would proceed to post it and then furthermore inform the user that I have told the staff member what they did wrong and that they should not do it again as well as teaching them what they did wrong to ensure it won't happen again.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would first of all calm down the staff member, and remind him that everyone deserves to be treated the same/equally without any bias based on past experiences with the user if any as well. I would then proceed to confirm that the people involved are respecting each other/being appropriate at all times during the sit or whatever is going on. If the staff member had been disrespectful to the player in any manner I would make sure that they apologised for their actions and if it continued after that I would bring it up to someone in the LT, so it would be brought up in the Lead Team Meeting.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would ask the staff member being accused if they did it or not, and then I would ask the staff member accusing him for evidence and if the evidence was valid I would proceed to direct them to the Report Abuse template on the forums or the Punishment Request template so that it could be brought up in a Meeting if needed, if the proof was invalid I would then direct the accused player to the same templates as that would be slander therefore the accused staff member would be able to report the other staff member for slandering him if he wanted to, or felt offended.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would ask said staff members what the argument is about, or research it myself if they aren't willing to tell me, if the argument is serious I would direct them to templates on the forums for said matters, Eg. Report Abuse Punishment Request, Demotion Request templates, If the argument was clearly not serious and they were just stirring up drama, I would then inform them that they should treat each other how they would like to be treated, as all staff members should talk/direct each other with good manners and good will at all times.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would explain to the staff member that they should stop due to the simple fact that they are harming users to the point that it's harassment and abuse clearly, And if they continued I would make a report abuse on the forums, or a demotion request after informing a Lead Team Member.
