Hey Sam,

I'm glad to see you have an interest in getting a position on the Lead Team, but there are some things I believe you should work on before getting Super Admin. YES you have been Admin for around a month and YES you have completed many F1s (this week alone I think you said like 65 or something) but high F1 count and activity isn't the only thing that makes people stick out to the LT. I will give you my personal opinion; I don't believe you are ready yet. I've never seen you handle a report abuse or appeal on the forums from my knowledge, a certain situation I saw you handle the other day was quite rough (to say the least), and there are a few other things.

In one of the sections in your application, you stated, "especially this week I've also become more experienced at handling certain situations and more experienced with the commands and getting used to them." This stuck out to me because as an applicant for Super Admin, I would usually consider experience, and if you've just gained the experience of handling admin commands I don't think you are ready. This is just time, experience comes with time, and although you may have gotten very comfortable with the commands this week, with more time your skills will get fine-tuned.

I do not want to leave out the CM ban that you had, though I won't go much into detail since it's in the past and your behavior has been great since then.

Lastly, when interested in an LT position, keep up good activity in TeamSpeak. I understand this week you've been using it (at least from what I've seen) but just keep that up always and as much as you can, it will benefit you in the long run.

Hopefully, I didn't come across as a dick and you can understand why I don't believe you are ready, I do think you are a good staff member and you are really helpful/nice so I hope my feedback helps you. Good luck this weekend on the votes because again, this is just my opinion, the LT could think completely different.
