This whole" be active on teamspeak" thing is kind of a joke to me. Sure, they want you to laugh at their dry jokes and what else, but I don't really see it as a requirement when going for LT. As long as they're active and stand out during the meetings then that's fine by me.

When I was LT I only came on during the meetings and if somebody needed to talk to me, I didn't really see it as something you must do in order to be voted yes upon. I had my friends on Discord and people knew where to find me, just my opinion.
