I completely agree that TeamSpeak shouldn't really be a requirement for SA (besides meetings) but from my experience, It literally is.

I was just trying to help Sam since TeamSpeak activity is pretty much mandatory when you're trying to get SA. It's said that the LT needs to get to know you, but it seems even after they know you it's still required. For example when I applied last week, part of the feedback I got was that I wasn't very active in TeamSpeak, even though I have been Head Admin in the past...

And that is because if you're not close friends with them, they wont accept you. Theres so many things I dislike about the LT and this is just one of them. From my experience people also aren't ballsy enough to speak up when there's something wrong.

I was surprised when I was accepted for SA because I only joined Teamspeak once a week but maybe that's just once in a lifetime thing.

edit: I had some problems with the LT when I was SA and look where I ended up after saying "nice gluon retard" lol
