TOPIC: Please Ignore.

So after looking through what people have been saying I'd like to not apply for admin anymore. If some people want to see that I am more sure of myself, and am doing more reports. The only times I am afk in-game is either because of reports or if something irl has happened. I apologise if people only see that side of things. I'm more than happy to show I'm more dedicated ^^. I'd also like to explain that I open chats because sometimes people don't understand what they've done and sometimes stuff with first timing RDMers can get resolved peacefully. Thank you guys for the support and for the criticism. ^u^

Another thing I'd like to add is this: If people support me because of gender, sex, or the fact that I have breasts, then excuse my language but that is bullshit. I'd like people to actually look at me as staff and I'd also like people to not criticise on the fact that I'm female. Instead of looking at other people and saying "Oh you only support that one because it's female", actually look at me as staff. Okay thanks ^u^

After comet (rightfully so) questioned why we are supporting her I dont feel like my half assed sup9ort works anymore so here comes my reasoning:

When Loomy has handled my cases she has handled them better than sone admins
She handles more cases than sone admins
She is online more than some admins etc. (I exclude the time spent AFK)

I am placing my reasoning on the bottom line of others on the same rank. I wont name anyone but since *BLANK* is an admin I dont see why Loomy would not fit in. My reasoning is not flawless and relies on that others in same position deserves their position.

I really don't know why everyone is supporting her, makes me believe its mainly because of her gender.

Loomy, you're a great person, but I can't say the same about your staffing, at least not yet. You are still fairly new to moderating and you are very active, yet you often go AFK without playing, and you hardly handle reports (at least from what I've seen as a user).

I'd definitely give you more time, but I still doubt you'll get denied due to the current admin+ line-up. Be more active in your staffing and reports, remain consistent and confident sure, but so far I don't see you doing that.

I think she can be a good candidate, but in my opinion needs more time to familiarise herself with being staff FULLY. And be FULLY confident in her moderation.

Make sure you have good candidates, not just the ones who have vaginas.

Activity is great. (Although very iffy on the amount of time you spent AFK)
Personality is great
Staffing not so much. Which is the most important part

Loomy has a whole week to prove herself that she can be admin material and prove her staffing roles well.

As I'm no longer staff, my vote doesn't count, I put my opinion out there in case someone feels the same way from the admin+ lineup. I've also mentioned this in my replies.

As mentioned before, as a staff member, loomy aint the greatest YET. I don't doubt she can improve, like others, but as of now, I think she should spend more time as a mod and kept a notice of her staffing capabilities.
