Loomy, you're a great person, but I can't say the same about your staffing, at least not yet. You are still fairly new to moderating and you are very active, yet you often go AFK without playing, and you hardly handle reports (at least from what I've seen as a user).

I'd definitely give you more time, but I still doubt you'll get denied due to the current admin+ line-up. Be more active in your staffing and reports, remain consistent and confident sure, but so far I don't see you doing that.

I can’t really talk about loomy because I haven’t seen her online much, obviously, that is because I haven’t been online either due to holidays.

Thing is, even if she happened to be unprepared, which might or might not be the case, she IS going to be accepted as she has support from a varied number of staff. I’m not counting the mods because they will have no votes up until they are promoted, but counting on that, she’d probably accepted either ways.

I have no vote in this case and hope people don’t vote biased on gender, which would also in my opinion be a bit disrespectful to her. She does seem nice, so I’d rather not vote yes or no

Damn must say you are a good mod but after reading the thread I do agree that

1. There are times you don’t know what to do and maybe if you apply a week or 2 you’ll have that confidence that an admin should have as e.g you get admin this week and since I would still be a mod and I ask you what I should do to a certain player I don’t feel you would have told me the right answer or even able to answer

2. You do go afk quite a bit in the times I was active and sometimes I feel although the report clearly shows it was RDM you open up a chat box as I feel that is time consuming and isn’t necessary and this does reduce how quick you’d get reports done

3. However I do think you deserve admin I just think you need a bit more time well you do have the rest of this week and if you don’t go afk at all I feel you should definitely get it this week although I know my vote won’t count all the best

Even if the report is clearly RDM there is nothing wrong with opening a chat to make sure that the user is aware of the rule that they broke.

In a sense, yeah, but I think Seargent was referring to cases where the RDMer knows fully well of what he is doing. He knowsnit's against the rules and whatnot, thus slowing down workflow, which is very important in a server as large as this one.

I, personally, as mwntioned before, don't want to see her judged mainly because of her gender, but a ton of the first replies seem like exactly that. As mentioned by me and BDNico, it doesnmt really matter, as the current admin+ lineup will most likely accept her regardless of my comments (MY OPINIONNNNN)

That would be shitty. And a bad habbit to have.

But hey, not my server.

So you remove your application due to other people's opinion?
