Staffing, on a community as big as this one, and their line-up should be taken more seriously, not like Oprah.

I think she can be a good candidate, but in my opinion needs more time to familiarise herself with being staff FULLY. And be FULLY confident in her moderation.

Make sure you have good candidates, not just the ones who have vaginas.

Activity is great. (Although very iffy on the amount of time you spent AFK)
Personality is great
Staffing not so much. Which is the most important part
