However I do see you on Teamspeak and your prepared to answer some questions. My other question is maybe you should wait a bit longer, there are many other people which are looking for this spot and may offer more playtime. Its sad you didn't get Community Manager however you might be rushing into this a little bit with that much playtime. Maybe get one week of playtime however you did say you had done more F1's then others in the community which to be honest is shocking. As I have continuously stated in the past, my Gametracker does not track my time. For the very reason that for it to track, you need to get score. To get score you need to kill people, and I do not kill people very often. As stated on my application I have roughly between 50-80 hours, which is a very big difference but way different compared to your 19 hours.30 Day Scale, Server One Minutes Played: 1042 Hours Played: 17.36 
30 Day Scale, Server Two Total Playtime - Minutes Played: 94 Hours Played: 1.56 
30 Day Scale, Server Three. Total Playtime - Minutes Played: 36 Hours Played 0.6 
Raeker, after adding all the Game-Trackers up your Total Playtime on Zarp SSRP is 19 Hours which to be honest worries me about you and the Game-Tracker service. I'm unsure on how you can get to your rank with that Playtime and I feel you need to answer some questions. I had no idea it was that bad and I believe other players don't realise it as well. People just give you Support as they know you. I thought you had changed your name and my heart felt a little better however if you check the Server one Game-Tracker you will see that you played around 26 Days ago. Sort out your playtime and possibly appeal again. If you check the last played date it should say that I last played yesterday or the day before on Server one. I also spent quite some time on S3 yesterday, too, which didn't track because I didn't get score. However, the Last Played clearly shows a completely different thing to what the time shows on the Gametracker.I'm Unsure on how you help out the server within the 'Maintenance' Do you code? Server updates? I'm unsure on it however it would make since a little more then. I fully acknowledge your work within forums and over Teamspeak however in my opinion a Head admin should be dedicated. Chummy x Ray resigned due to him not being able to put in 100% work which showed so much determination towards Zarp. Nobody codes for SSRP aside from a very select group of people, namely Chute and EMP. As far as I'm aware not even Tyler and Max are allowed to code on the server, although I could be very wrong.I believe my dedication shows more in managing the staff team and my activity in the meetings than it does on the server. So the argument that I would not be dedicated is nothing more of an assumption, especially as how I have had provided Sorle the reasonings as to why I was inactive for a period of time. (note: during this time I still actively joined TS and posted on the forums, trying to still do my job as properly as I could). Also, never ever use Chummy as a reason to put a negative light on my application ever again, especially considering the fact you know nothing about him or his resignation or what happened prior to it. I don't respect it and I know for a fact that he doesn't either. Chummy resigned because he didn't want to be demoted. He could no longer join the meetings, struggled to be active on the Teamspeak and had other priorities over the server. It had nothing to do with no longer being able to give in 100% into the server, as he knew full well he couldn't put in that effort for a longer period of time. Conclusion I shout repeatedly at you because you do not learn from regular conversations. It might be threatening, but if you continue to harass and bother me as well as other staff and completely lie at my face then I'm truly sorry but I cannot remain calm in such situations. I keep my calm most of the time, so if I do not act calmly to you then that says more about you then it does about me.I will be giving you -Support, for a few reasons however mainly your playtime. I feel you need to increase that shocking playtime and fill it in with a Majestic game tracker. Honestly your friendly here and there however there will be certain situations where you would shout repeatedly at me and you may not realise it comes off a little threatening. Most of the time your friendly though however cool it a little sometimes. Although my voice means nothing within the voting I believe you need to get your playtime up. I believe that if the Lead Team doesn't even handle F1's then why should the regular staff feel like they'd have to? A Lead Team that helps and interacts with the staff members is what we need, not a Lead Team that spectates its staff 24/7 and doesn't do much aside from that (perhaps trying to catch the occasional hackers). I will try to enforce these beliefs in the coming weeks and maybe you will have me handle your F1 soon Lucy  |
