As I said to Stone, I shine in my conversations with staff (usually responding within minutes if I can, although it doesn't always work out as well), dealing with staff issues (something which could be supported with a promotion to Head Administrator) as well as my activity in the meetings. I had a reason to not be able to attend the last few meetings (three in total, although I only missed one completely and attended the LT meeting in the other two) however if you've been to the other ones where I was at as well you should be familiar with how I behave in there.

I am also on the Teamspeak for hours on a daily basis, communicating to the staff members and instantly responding when a question is asked. I personally believe these qualities are exactly why I deserve Head Administrator, although the activity is indeed an issue that I am in fact adressing.
