Raeker is not one of the most highly valued staff members on the server he is the 'Class Favourite' what I am saying by that is your the one who in most of the communities eyes should have received Community Manager, I'm saying this with no Disrespect towards the new ones as they will both make great Community Managers. Although your playtime isn't great you are pretty much ready to buy a House in Teamspeak, your always chiling in there and ready to speak to fellow players of the community. I will get back to your playtime later on, however your always there when I need to ask a question your answer may not be right all the time, for example you commented on a rule break which I found out to be not allowed further on.

Playtime

Truthfully It's horrendous, I'm not here to suck up to you and to be honest I believe a lot of other comments have been said without fully reading your application. Now I am aware that you had to sort some real life issues out and you wen't to your Grandmas for a bit however there is 30 Days of inactivity shown and I have never seen you doing sits, answering chat questions, role playing...

However I do see you on Teamspeak and your prepared to answer some questions. My other question is maybe you should wait a bit longer, there are many other people which are looking for this spot and may offer more playtime. Its sad you didn't get Community Manager however you might be rushing into this a little bit with that much playtime. Maybe get one week of playtime however you did say you had done more F1's then others in the community which to be honest is shocking.

Raeker, after adding all the Game-Trackers up your Total Playtime on Zarp SSRP is 19 Hours which to be honest worries me about you and the Game-Tracker service. I'm unsure on how you can get to your rank with that Playtime and I feel you need to answer some questions. I had no idea it was that bad and I believe other players don't realise it as well. People just give you Support as they know you.

I thought you had changed your name and my heart felt a little better however if you check the Server one Game-Tracker you will see that you played around 26 Days ago. Sort out your playtime and possibly appeal again.

I'm Unsure on how you help out the server within the 'Maintenance' Do you code? Server updates? I'm unsure on it however it would make since a little more then. I fully acknowledge your work within forums and over Teamspeak however in my opinion a Head admin should be dedicated. Chummy x Ray resigned due to him not being able to put in 100% work which showed so much determination towards Zarp.

Conclusion

I will be giving you -Support, for a few reasons however mainly your playtime. I feel you need to increase that shocking playtime and fill it in with a Majestic game tracker. Honestly your friendly here and there however there will be certain situations where you would shout repeatedly at me and you may not realise it comes off a little threatening. Most of the time your friendly though however cool it a little sometimes. Although my voice means nothing within the voting I believe you need to get your playtime up.
