I know this for a fact because he does the same in TTT. I see absolutely nothing bad about it, this is actually BETTER for the server than him just playing, as hes SACRIFICING HIS OWN TIME to keep the server clean. He isn't, so to say, AFK or anything, he's simply monitoring while spectating.
