The handling super admin or head admin, can contact me for a full video unedited off the situation if needed.

First off, Id like to start off by asking you to kindly stop spectating me 24/7, and feeling like you can warn me even if I move my mouse lol.

What did the Staff Member(s) do?:
Warn me for no good reason, and voice mute me and chat mute me for no good reason.

Believing that anything foreign is "disrespect" when it clearly isnt.

In the video you can clearly see someone trying to take my life with a Slam, so I shoot them, and System teleports to me, and warns me for RDM, even tho I have 0 recents to my name.

You can also see me writing in norwegian in the chat, and he "believes" it is disrespect, and says he checked it on google translate, but as I will show in some screenshots soon, I did the same, pasted the messages on google translate and no disrespect showed up

He then teleports me to a sit, saying that he gave me a verbal for disrespect, etc. When he clearly never did, as you can see in the video under this text.

Also, if I did disrespect him, how in the world would it account for a 10 minute VOICE mute, and a 10 minute CHAT mute, when thats way too excessive, and I only used chat

Hey I respect that you may be annoyed with System for this incident but I know him and he is a good admin in general. Maybe he made a mistake with you, maybe not. I'm not here to say either, but I feel that System would have done what he felt was best at the time and maybe there was a misunderstanding, for example he thought you were throwing the slam instead trying to RDM. Anyway, I'm not sure and trying to stay neutral but System is a good admin. Also your video isn't loading for me.

The warning is invalid, you were in a threatening situation. The fact that he straight up warns you without properly listening to your side is just wrong.

Regarding the disrespect... speaking in another language to someone that cannot understand it is disrespectful in and of itself, even if the words do not mean any harm.

Overall I believe the warning should be removed and System should be approached about doing sits better, however although the punishments for disrespect are harsh they are in fact valid.

I will not give my opinion on the whole "staff continuously spectating users" issue. I personally dislike that idea, however it's a fact that you have been recently un-cm banned. Say what you want but staff are allowed to spectate users within reason, and considering your past punishments within this community I have to say that System did nothing wrong there, even if you do actually see itas a dick move.

But the reason it's an issue in SyStem's case is that he's show continuous themes of holding HEAVY grudges. If this doesn't present it clearly enough then I don't know what will. He fails to show willingness to improve at all, and always comes off as very stubborn.

Not to mention he handles situations HORRIBLY and never gives anyone a chance to speak, from what I can see. The handling of those situations made me cringe.

still he GAGGED my mic, for something I put in chat, which isnt valid, and he chat muted me.

Even tho I had no recents? He also claims to have "alot" of reports on me, and holds grudges on my ass 24/7.
