I had reports about Klaprefot from 2 players, so ill spectate him before doing anything, ofcourse? I dont hold grudged, i just do my job. I am allowed to spectate rulebreakers (when they get reported)
I got pissed over him and one other dude talking to me / writing on swedish or norwegian. I did talk to him ON a roof and told him what he did wrong.
The slam did not damage him so i considered it a RDM.

Simple as that

Look, I see that you are inexperienced with the rules, but when one throw's an explosive at you, it's considered RDM from their part and a valid reason to kill the person, so in fact you should of warned the guy that threw a slam at Klaprefot instead of Klaprefot, also that mute was invalid, you could of as easily tabbed out typed "google translator" and found out what he was saying was harmless.

LET ME QUOTE THE RULES HERE:

- Examples of valid reasons to kill another player:
The player enters a highly restricted area such as the bank vault or back of PD.
The player kills an ally or friend of yours.
The player attempts to destroy or steal your property.
The player acts threatening towards you.

I'd say throwing an explosive device in someone's direction and blowing it up, narrowly missing them is a way of acting threatening towards someone LMAO

I did say that they were harsh punishments. Don't misunderstand me, I see no reason to punish anyone that speaks directly to me in another language that is not bothering anyone on the server, and it is clear that System took Klaprefot's words personally despite them not having any actual harmful meaning.

But it's a fact that they can technically be classed as disrespect, and those words were actually meant for System despite Klap knowing that System would not be able to understand it. Say what you want about the punishments being too harsh but I'm afraid they're valid.

They're valid because he chose to speak to him two lines in a different language (even though what he said wasn't disrespectful)? That's called being inconsiderate not disrespect, shit if you warn for that and call it disrespect let's warn people for having overpriced shops cause that's inconsiderate to players lul.

Fair enough. However the reason why I would consider them valid is because I've always been told by others, such as Captin, that speaking in another language to someone that doesn't speak it themselves is considered disrespect.

In the end if System found himself harassed by those words then he's allowed to punish for it. However you're right, the punishments are rather harsh and in the case of a report or an appeal I do believe they should be removed, such as now.

This is just a stupid ass excuse, the slam was clearly thrown directly towards Klap and blown up with the intention to kill him, he is allowed to kos in that situation as he fealt threatened. Also as an admin you shouldn't be trying to bring the users down or trying to insult them, that attitude is just disgusting and especially from a admin on the server. It'd be smart to apologise to Klap for what you said if you're not to arrogant to realise what you did wrong

I just feel like, the rdm warn is valid since we dont know what happend between klap and the slam guy BEFORE he started recording the whole thing?
And also, when someone points a gun to your face, you wouldnt feel threatened?? It's considered RDM if you kill someone for pointing a gun to his head, so how is this not rdm?
Also, if someone drives really fast towards you in a car, wouldnt you feel threatene?? Well, if you kill for that, its considered RDM. So i dont really get what you guys are saying, that it's invalid warn

Well its not like you outright disrespected System, but you need to remember he speaks danish which is quite similar and so do i, and you clearly speaking your language to avoid him actually knowing 100% what you said is pathetic. You are on his ass for being harsh, but its not like what you said was nice in any way? I understood every word you said brother, the RDM warning was not needed. But man the hell up to what you said instead of trying to get him in more trouble than needed, also the user that wanted to help you told to "shut up" because you know you said something System might not wanted to hear. Im not siding with anyone im just the translator since i think im the only norwegian staff member on ssrp.
