The warning is invalid, you were in a threatening situation. The fact that he straight up warns you without properly listening to your side is just wrong.

Regarding the disrespect... speaking in another language to someone that cannot understand it is disrespectful in and of itself, even if the words do not mean any harm.

Overall I believe the warning should be removed and System should be approached about doing sits better, however although the punishments for disrespect are harsh they are in fact valid.

I will not give my opinion on the whole "staff continuously spectating users" issue. I personally dislike that idea, however it's a fact that you have been recently un-cm banned. Say what you want but staff are allowed to spectate users within reason, and considering your past punishments within this community I have to say that System did nothing wrong there, even if you do actually see itas a dick move.
