What did the Staff Member(s) do?:
Falsely warned me and was disrespectful towards me when confronted about it.

What server(s) was this on?: Server 1

Story:
When I walked up to PD as a police officer I saw Morgan raiding the PD with an EMP grenade. I obviously then killed him with a PSG and Morgan then proceeded to falsely warn me for not letting him access the NPC, and called me a lunatic and a liar, whilst lying to my face.
Even though Morgan did not see what actually happened he warned me anyway and hoped that I was not recording.

Everything can be seen in the pastebin which contains all of the steam chatlogs.

If he warned you for that then you're right, it is actually false. I'm unsure about the other stuff though, and there could very easily be something you're not telling us? I cannot understand some of Morgan's comments here. Why would you warn someone when you weren't even interacting with the NPC? You can't obstruct access to something you're hardly even trying to access, even Tyler said it can only be warnable if you actually attempt to interact with the NPC. Raiding the PD by using EMP nades only to then hide near an NPC and warn whoever tries to kill you... I find that a very low move.

So I was going to raid the PD, I looked outside and only saw Plankton standing still. I went into the PD checked from an angle where I thought they'd be able to see me, and saw nobody so I threw the EMP grenade. After that, Plankton comes into the PD and kills me which I found at the time to be false as I thought I had checked and saw no cops looking at me doing this. Upon a 20 minute discussion with Plankton after the warning and countlessly telling him if he could provide evidence to challenge my prior knowledge about the situation and why I found this to be blocking access to the NPC's, he wouldn't send me the video but eventually did. To my surprise he saw me do it, so I removed the warning immediately and even apologized 3-4 times to him while explaining my thought process throughout the situation. The warning was removed immediately and I really don't see the need to continue escelation of a already solved situation.

Because to my knowledge, I thought nobody had seen me throw an EMP grenade. I had turned my back immediately after I had thought nobody saw me do it to the NPC to make it look like I was using it hence, "roleplay". My intention wasn't to bait people into breaking a rule, it was merely to exercise my roleplay right but made a mistake as I thought he didn't see me throw it. I've unwarned him, and apologized multiple times, yet somehow they still want to report me.

I asked him for a video immediately after the warning, I'm not assuming everyone is guilty. I warned him as I checked outside the door and saw nobody looking in the door.

I believe they wish to report you because you weren't interacting with the NPC. I can understand how under normal circumstances this would be RDM and yes, you'd be correct to say so. However I cannot understand why you'd warn someone for obstructing an NPC when you knew full well that you were actually raiding. I find that, personally at least, a very underhanded move. In this case it's "fine" because Plankton had proof, but what if they didn't? You legitimately warned someone for a rule they didn't break. That is the issue.

TBH, the warning side of this, I personally do not see the issue for the following reasons.

Morgan clearly states he believed no one could see him after checking the area, so there for getting killed after doing so would lead to belief of RDM.
I agree with morgans stand point of show proof to prove morgans statement WRONG due to the fact players try to get away from warnings all of the time.

As of the "Disrespect" the only thing you seem to actually complain about is being called a "Lunatic" i wouldn't say that is really disrespectful, for example, a lot of people call people lunatics for doing something crazy or stupid(Example not what morgan might have intended).

As of the warning, once you actually showed him the proof you stated you had, he happily removed the warning.
