Here's part of the situation, again I'm sorry if you were offended by me calling you a lunatic and or liar about the situation but I hope you can see it from my point of view.

Fact is he wouldn't got unwarned without the video, as a HA of all people you shouldn't be assuming people are "guiltily until proven otherwise".

I asked him for a video immediately after the warning, I'm not assuming everyone is guilty. I warned him as I checked outside the door and saw nobody looking in the door.

Again, you don't seem to understand that if "I think he didn't see me" it doesn't equal "he didn't see me"
