TOPIC: What made you stay?

What made Zarp SSRP great was the economy system, and the idea of adding suits and super weapons.
Peoples got attracted on Zarp because they liked the way making money.
The point of our SSRP is just playing, having fun and making money, to make Zarp great again we'll need serious suggestions.
I'm thinking about re-working the jobs we all started making money with.
Imagine being a new players and standing for hours growing carrots, weed & shrooms.
This is the best way to make new players leave. They get bored too fast because they don't know what to do, to make money.
For example, re-working the drug dealer job, such as adding new drugs, and maybe remove the entire drug lab system, and add another one that will be more RP.
We should also get more alternative way to enjoy playing SSRP, such as new arena events, new daily objective and why not some kind of monthy super objective.
We should also remove the S2 & S3 map, and add a new, because they are both trash, and since many new players joins on either S2 or S3, lagging and seeing this trash maps, won't let them stay.

I know Zarp DarkRP is semi serious, but in order to get more players on, and let them stay, we should get more RP or semi RP things to do to make some money.
I was thinking about addons you could make drugs with, such as enhanced cocaine laboratory, great RP addons, but may cause lag issues or more things i can not think of.

IMO, the things what actually made me stay is that I actually have a good few items and are somewhat equal level with the current players on the server. I also joined 5 years ago so I know how most things work. I truly enjoy all the unique features like suits and special weapons. There are obviously many new suits/items coming in the future which is great for the current players.

If I was to join today as a fresh player, I say I wouldn't be able to play the server for more than 3 days just because there is a big unfair advantage from old players to new imo and I would like to see changes towards those things, like what Honest said by reworking the jobs you can have more ways of making money and have higher paychecks so that new players and get into the server more easily than having their base exploded for m202's/tguns in seconds of playing the server.

What made me join was the originality that the server possessed. It was different to other DarkRP servers and i loved it. I also loved the fair treatment that was given to the players along side that the higher ups actually listened. I'd love it if standard players and VIP's actually regained some of this with more open votes and a general say in what happens on the server.
