Now if someone can go for staff on a server etc and they still get what they have to done only to keep their badge or what ever that should be fine as long as he gets what he is mean't to done.

All I want to say is, if you guys expect more out of your SA's "as someone once told me" approach them and encourage them to do more for the server and as some Head admins on TTT you must not of been doing that correctly, yes you may have said "Try and do more for TTT yadayadayada" this is not how it should be, interact with your staff members more, play with them more and help them instead of giving them a cheap 1 minute sentence to read.

as much as i like you jim_jam, kicking you out was the right thing to do, you constantly show immature behavior during "Meetings" that in itself is bad enough, "hey i got my 4 hours" what is that for an excuse? if you don't want to get your hours you don't need to, just leave.. IMO you should be alot more strict with this stuff, but this is a great example and it shows that some of us don't enjoy half assed staff. Thank you.

The 1st and 2nd are mostly from what I remember and should not be taken literally, just as for examples.

Resign then. If you can't manage your staff ranks then that is the correct thing to do. Give up your badges for the greater good of the servers.

Refusal to join the meetings
When does join the meetings trolls and gets kicked out
Recent official warning
Has stated only wants rank for TS staff

That's just a few things, but the question is, do we want this on our staff team never mind the lead team?
This is far from what we want and Jim Jam has got what is due to him after his recent actions, or should we say lack off actions

He has missed 2 meetings which is not a lot considering if I am correct meetings are not compulsory and I see what you mean about him getting kicked out that is childish but who isn't childish, tell me honestly that any of you have never joked around in a meeting as I know for a fact that the community managers, and above do joke around, maybe not to the point of being kicked or banned from the meeting but they still do things that can disrupt the meeting flow. I can admit I have done so in the past honestly I won't lie.

Now onto his official, could you go into more detail if you can on why he has been given an official because from what I see he was not issued and official in the meetings that he attended but the 2 he did not attend which seems a little bit odd.

If he gets the bare minimum of what he has to do as SA that should be enough, if it isn't you should raise how much work for the server you have to do instead of expecting people to do things like this. Also I believe the Xnator has been staff on different servers for "the badge on ts and the ingame rank" sorry to use you as an example bud.
Now if someone can go for staff on a server etc and they still get what they have to done only to keep their badge or what ever that should be fine as long as he gets what he is mean't to done.

All I want to say is, if you guys expect more out of your SA's "as someone once told me" approach them and encourage them to do more for the server and as some Head admins on TTT you must not of been doing that correctly, yes you may have said "Try and do more for TTT yadayadayada" this is not how it should be, interact with your staff members more, play with them more and help them instead of giving them a cheap 1 minute sentence to read.

I think you should focus on getting your activity rather than shitposting on the forums (especially my threads)

Resign then. If you can't manage your staff ranks then that is the correct thing to do. Give up your badges for the greater good of the servers.

That's just immature. Telling a staff member to "resign" due to stating their own opinions. It may not be a good opinion but you shouldn't have to tell them to resign.

If someone can't do their job they should resign though. That's why I was glad you resigned earlier this week, else you'd have had an official this night too.

Telling someone to resign when you think they can't keep up isn't immature at all, it's called being realistic and actually trying to help the servers you're staff on.
