Resign then. If you can't manage your staff ranks then that is the correct thing to do. Give up your badges for the greater good of the servers.

That's just immature. Telling a staff member to "resign" due to stating their own opinions. It may not be a good opinion but you shouldn't have to tell them to resign.

It's just disrespectful how u completely misread what he said as he never told him to RESIGN he adviced him to because he is complaining about the difficulties of running 2 mediocre servers so get it right before "harassing" jim jam

As a Server Owner / Developer, I have to release an update at least once every few months to keep the server going. When I release these updates, it would be stupid of me not to spend a lot more time on that server in order to ensure it is all running smoothly and to find / fix any bugs. We also recently had a few issues on Prophunt which required my attention, and that is all resolved now.

You really think telling someone to resign over a week or two of activity, when that person does actually do their job and go to meetings, is loical?

Tut tut tut I am trying to have a constructive debate about something and I believe the head admin of TTT replies with some cringey ass meme from a movie to do with toys that no one cares about instead of contributing to the debate constructively, that is is what I call immature.

Frankly telling a staff member to resign can be implemented in many different ways, as in resigning so he can focus solely on the servers he is owner on so he can carry on to improve it or just resign as no one likes you. It could be either.
Instead of calling people immature and ignoring the "bullshit, bullshit everywhere" amazing top quality joke and jumping to target the guy who is mostly effected you should read through what has been said.

Now can a head admin or super admin of TTT tell me truthfully that they have sat in a spacer with Jim Jam and spoken to him about what will happen, offer him support or did you all just send the same pointless message which says "If you need any help just message me". Not everyone has to courage to ask for help that is why as lead team you should know when another staff needs help and reach out to them if they're afraid. You should of been able to tell this by the way he has been acting so I do not believe that you can all act innocent. If anyone has fully reached out to Jim Jam about this in a spacer and offered him support to improve himself as a staff member, please tell me exactly what you said to him.
